Camelia and Corina Voiculescu are the main shareholders of the companies united under the Intact Media Group umbrella. Founded by Dr. Dan Voiculescu in 1991, the group is a green-field platform with 100% Romanian capital. In 2006 Prof, Voiculescu dedicated himself to politics, transferring his whole fortune to his two daughters, Camelia and Corina.

Corina followed an academic path, getting her PhD in economics. She was a lecturer with the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest by 2006, when she decided to dedicate herself to charity and educational activities as well as to family life.

Camelia, also a graduate of the Academy of Economic Studies, took over the coordination of the family business, including the media group and the Grivco service companies.
